started the night with a low‑grade hum and a restless itch, the silent rave kept the irritation alive. a quick bite of junk food added a faint heaviness, then caffeine wore off and the dance brought a brief calm. by the end the hum was still there, but the arousal stayed up while the valence flattened.

Written into his memory that night. He can quote these back at people for weeks.
